Random #3

Well, it looks like I over-did it again on my sit ups. I went for fifty of them and got a pulled stomach muscle. LOL And I was so close too. Haha

I probably shouldn't be pushing myself so hard what with this cold and slight fever, but heck with it. LOL

  1. *shakes head* Did you do 50 sit-ups in a row??? Are you crazy???
    You should do many sets, with little breaks in between. I started with 4 sets of 15 sit-ups each. Guess you can do 20 though. And you should do warm-up first! *shakes head*

  2. I know. LOL I'm sick and been sleeping all day and I just wanted to feel like I did something constructive and I just went to it and I got to ... well, never mind how many I got to before I felt the pinch. LOL But it was a lot! LOL

    Anyhow, I don't think I pulled anything, just strained. It feels better now. A little bit. Haha
