Random #2

Why is it that everytime I get done house cleaning, doing the dishes and the shopping, I always feel like I have accomplished something great? LOL It's just a wonderful feeling, isn't it?

Okay, my hernia is healed and for the past five days I have sweating like a pig, working out, trying to drop the few pounds I picked up while nursing my self back to health.

I have also been working on my book, OF THE LIGHT, getting it ready to be sent out to the publisher in a couple of weeks. Trying to make those last minute story decisions.

I also have to get to the studio soon and wrap up my latest song and get it on youtube.

Oh, I also wanted to share some pretty good book blogs too.

First up, Book Chick City. I really like this blog. Over 2700 followers so yeah, it must be pretty good.

Here is another, Never Ending Stories. I love what Tt has done with her blog. It is amazing! Check it out too. And tell her, and Book Chick City, that Carroll Bryant sent you. LOL

Here are some really good authors to check out. I am posting a link to their Goodreads profile so you can learn more about them.

Nely Cab

Doc Coleman

Randy Attwood

Ronald Craft

If you connect with them, tell them you learned about them here.

Oh, and here are some trailors I came across of authors and their books. I thought I would share a few with you. Enjoy!

Amy Neftzger and her "Story Books For Pets". She also plays drums for Lucky Munk. Being a songwriter myself, I have to appreciate it when authors can play musical instruments too. LOL

And this last one is by author, Sherry Jones, and her book trailor for "The Sword Of Medina"

If you would like to connect with Amy or Sherry, below are their Goodreads links:

Side note: None of these authors or blogs have offered me anything in return for these shout outs. I do this of my own accord and at random. I'm just giving everybody who loves to read an opportunity to discover more books and entertaining ways of spending your internet time. Speaking of which, a quick shout out to my friend Joe Pinkney and his website.

Have a great weekend everybody!

  1. This definitely put a goofy grin on my face. :D Thanks Carroll your amazing and you didn't have to do that but thanks for the love!

  2. No problem Tt. You're an awesome person and you have an awesome blog!
