Pike County Ohio: Criminals With Badges

I am a resident of a small town in Ohio called Piketon. It sits in Pike County, Ohio. It's a small place and often times peaceful, but underneath that peacefulness lurks some very shady characters inside the Pike County Sheriff's office and the Piketon Ohio police department.

When I say "shady", I mean some of the most corrupt law enforcement officers you would ever hope to never encounter. That peacefulness inside the town of Piketon isn't the right kind of peace, it's a peace that is smeared with fear. Fear of local law enforcement.

I have been living here for fifteen years and the first five years was spent being harassed by Piketon police officers. Fortunately for me, federal agents got involved to defuse the situation. There has been many changes to the corrupt roster of cops that have come and gone since then but one thing has never changed ... the level of corruption within.

Of course, in a small town like Piketon, Ohio, all root of corruption starts with the town's mayor. In this case, we are talking about one, Billy Spencer. I have tried once before to reach out to this bum in the past when I was being targeted and harassed by his officers, but to no avail. I learned my lesson. You can't count on him to control his cops.

The current corruption is being led by Piketon chief of police, Brock Clemmons. A individual who likes to use intimidation to keep people in line. An officer that doesn't seem to want to do his job. At least when it comes to me.

You see, last Tuesday evening, December 3rd, while shopping at a local store, I was attacked from behind, carrying two bags of merchandise, one in each hand, while walking out the door by two thugs, one weighing around 300 pounds, and using a cane as a weapon because they were accusing me of hitting a young boy in the store that looked to be about 10 years old.

Video evidence would later exonerate me from this claim.

I fought these thugs off as best I could and when it was over, I simply headed home to check my wounds because I thought one of the thugs had stabbed me. Turned out he didn't. However, the 300+ pound male and his accomplice did manage to throw me to the ground at one point and landed on me so my hip was sore as hell and I had a hard time walking.  I have multiple bruises on my back from being hit with the cane.

I called the police from my residence and said I would return to the scene but I was so sore and having such a difficult time walking that I asked a friend of mine, a retired cop, to drive me. Before we got started though, a sheriff's car and chief Brock Clemmons arrived to pick me up. I got out of my friend's car and took a seat in the back of the sheriff's car. This is also when the deputy sheriff placed handcuffs on me.

This deputy, (Romaine I think is his last name) then proceeded to drive me back to the scene where he informed me that he had four witness statements (All friends of my attackers) that incriminated me and pending the results of the video evidence, he said it looked like he was going to take me to jail. He also told me that he knew one of the attackers and his family and that this guy was "an honest man, and not a liar."

I told him that I was also an honest man, and not a liar.

At the scene, I remained in the back of the sheriff's car and there were a few other deputies at the scene who came to me to get my statement. I was read my rights also. It appeared that everyone was fired up to finally take the famous bad-ass local writer to jail.

Then they viewed the video evidence.

Officer Romaine quickly exited the store and made a b-line straight to me where he opened the door and took off my cuffs faster than you can say, "What the hell is going on?"

He placed the store bought items I had left behind in the store on the floorboard in front of my legs. He closed the door while saying, "I'm taking you home."

He quickly got behind the wheel and proceeded to drive me back home. I asked him, "You saw the video I assume?"

He said yes. I then began to do what I do best ... piss people off. "Looks like your friend is a liar after all. Why aren't you arresting them?"

The officer replied, "I either take you both to jail or you both go home."

I quickly countered, "Jail sounds fine with me. Let's go."

I only said that because I knew what was on the video. I knew this cop didn't want to take his friend to jail. Or his friend's accomplice.

He looked at me through the mirror. "Just put it down as a fight and leave it at that."

"It wasn't a fight." I told him. "I have been in fights before. A fight is when two people volunteer to square off with each other face to face. I was attacked from behind. I had no choice but to fight to defend myself."

He continued to stare at me randomly through the mirror and in no time, he stopped the car and opened the door to let me out. In doing so, I mentioned, "I hope this doesn't mean I have to start carrying a gun for protection."

The officer replied. "Even if you would have shot them, you would have still been in the wrong."

"If I was so in the wrong then why didn't you take me to jail tonight? You know, your four witnesses."

He looked at me for a moment. "You would have still been in the wrong."

I smiled. "Yeah, but shooting those two white trash coward bastards would have made me feel better. Speaking of which," I continued, "What are their names so I can file a civil lawsuit against them in the future?"

"Let it go." was the words he left me with.

"Fat chance." I fired back, then headed to the door of my home.

So here I am, attacked for something I didn't do. The accusation of me hitting a child was proven by the video to be a lie. The next accusation was that I threatened the child with physical violence. How asinine and stupid is that? But still, no first hand witnesses to this "crime". And then the accusation became that I called this young boy a faggot.

Can you believe this horse-shit?

I guess when one lie doesn't fit the narrative, you keep finding another lie until you think you have found one that works. I think these white trash cowards were just trying to come up with some kind of excuse to justify their crime. Still, there is no evidence that supports their accusations and there is clear evidence on that video that shows their crime against me.

No matter how I have tried since then to file charges against these two thugs, no one will do it. Not even Brock Clemmons. I have also been trying to get my hands on that video. No dice. Hell, Brock won't even let me sit down with him in his office to watch it so he can point out to me what is or isn't assault. He may not even know what an assault is.

But here is the deal, folks, the cops like these two thugs who attacked me and they do not like me. And this is how it works in Piketon / Pike County; If cops don't like you and you are attacked by someone they do like, then you do not get justice. And their friend's do not get charged. That's the corruption that is going on here.

They are doing everything they can to say that I somehow brought this onto myself. Even though the video shows me minding my own business as I shopped that night. There is absolutely no evidence that initiated anything and yet, all the evidence shows a crime being committed against me.

To further showcase how chief of police, Brock Clemmons is a bad cop, he came to my door a day or so after with one of his "boyfriend's" to no less try and intimidate me, saying that a local store merchant called in a complaint that I carried a concealed weapon into his place of business. First of all, I was carrying my bat around with me for protection because the two thugs who attacked me are still on the loose and who knows if they have friends who might want a piece of me as well, right? But anyhow, I was carrying my bat in full public view but when I went into the store, I slid it inside my jacket so I could free up my hands to carry any merchandise. I wasn't trying to hide anything. But I called Brock's bluff by telling him that those people at the store I went to knew me and they wouldn't do that. Brock then quickly said, "A passerby called it in."

Really? A passerby? Do you see what I have to deal with here? I give Brock a chance to prove to me he is trustworthy and worthy of my respect and he stands there to my face and lies like the little bitch he is. I would even go so far as to say I bet it wasn't even a passerby who called it in. But it doesn't matter because it was all an attempt to try and intimidate  me.

Brock Clemmons is not a real man. He is a boy. He is a corrupt cop. He is a coward in my book. I have less than zero respect for him. Every time I gave him a chance to earn my trust and respect, he went the complete and total opposite direction. All of them have. Brock Clemmons has no honor. Nor does the Mayor, Billy Spencer. Nor does any Piketon officer or Pike County sheriff / deputy.

They only hate me because I am not intimidated by them and their bullying tactics and they can't shut me up. I do not fear death so why would I ever fear these monkeytards? I told a friend of mine recently that I wouldn't put it past any of them to try and kill me someday. I honestly believe they would if they thought they could get way with it. And maybe they know to get away with it so .... who knows?

I will say this though. The Ohio State Highway Patrol I have never had an issue with. Ever. Nor have I had any problems with Waverly police. (A nearby town.) I don't think you would have to worry about them but if you are traveling through Pike County Ohio, just be aware of the corrupt law enforcement officers of the Pike County sheriff's office and the Piketon Ohio police department. You would be better off traveling through a town full of Charles Manson type people.

I am in the process of talking to a lawyer in Dayton, Ohio to try and get answers as to why Brock Clemmons is so afraid of arresting my two attackers. I am also trying to get a copy of that video. I am also looking into any possibilities of suing the Pike County sheriff's department and the Piketon Ohio police department. I will try and keep you all updated and informed of any progress. I have also reached out to TV news stations to try and get as much publicity as I can on this matter.

Getting justice is a right that all Americans are entitled to. When video evidence clearly shows a crime, police have an obligation to do their job and arrest the criminals and give victims their justice. The law enforcement officers involved in my situation have purposely failed to give me my justice. They have violated my rights. They are criminals with badges. And police chief Brock Clemmons is the biggest criminal of them all.
